1. What is the lead time between order placement and delivery?
Since most garments are made to order, it takes 4 to 5 weeks from order placement to shipment. Some items take 2 weeks, and if we have the product at the time of order.
If the item is in stock, we are are able to fulfill the ASAP (shipment usually between 1-3 days).
2. What size should I order?
We are happy to help. Please take a look at our sizing chart. You can also email the designer Beata directly for a recommendation. She will ask for your bust, hip and waist measurements. If you can include measurements (photo optional) in your email, it will help!
3. Do you allow exchanges?
We offer exchanges only on products that are not custom made.
4. Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds only on damaged or default items.
5. Can you recommend best care practices for my garment?
Care instructions are listed with each product. Most require dry clean or are hand wash cold and hang dry only.
6. Are all of your garments made to order?
Most of Beata’s line is made to order. Our company business model is to create high quality, long lasting garments once ordered in order to create less waste. Once an order is placed, the fabric is cut to size, sewn and customized before shipping. We will have a few items in inventory available and ready to ship. Please check our website for details.

7. Do you offer showroom appointments?
Yes, Beata loves when customers are able to make a showroom appointment with her. Appointments are conveniently offered via Zoom/Skype/etc. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 206-390-1208 to schedule your appointment.
8. Are you able to update me on the status of my order?
Absolutely, we will keep you posted with updates on the garment from start to finish. Also, each order will come with a tracking number once its shipped.
9. Am I able to order a garment that is marked as sold out on the website?
Yes, the same style will always be available! Please note as our fabrics are limited, you may have to choose a different print or color.
